- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak times (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. - Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days $9.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
- Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. At this time, you can send packages to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. - LOST OR LATE SHIPMENT
If your package is delayed or lost, please first check with the carrier using the tracking information.
If the tracking information is unclear or your package is still lost after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at support@yakneecandle.art for assistance. - DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue immediately.
